Intake
Upon receiving an offender from a sheriff’s deputy, pre-booking information has been captured using the Arrest Form in Flex Records. The corrections officer is able to take the offender through a streamlined booking process in CommandCentral Jail thanks to a booking checklist configured to agency requirements. Dynamic assessments ensure proper accommodations and supervision are made for the inmate.
Upon completion of booking, the additional information and booking photo are synced to the sheriff’s Flex system.

In-jail incident
In Pod B, a fight breaks out. Unusual Activity Detection on Avigilon Cameras alerts officers and they stop it before it gets out of hand. Officers create a disciplinary record for the incident and update the involved inmate’s profiles with a flag to rescind privileges and a “keep separate” alert. As officers document the incident, they view video from Avigilon video management and body-worn cameras as the digital evidence has been bundled into a case folder in CommandCentral Evidence and synced with the incident.
As an added precaution, they add the involved inmates to a watchlist, which integrates with their Avigilon system and, using facial detection, alerts them if the inmates are seen outside of their areas.

Ongoing investigation
