Housekeeping
A VIP guest has arrived to the hotel early before his room is ready. Using their custom guest services application, guest services is able to send a message from their personal computer to a housekeeper's smart device that Room 1609 needs to be cleaned as soon as possible. The housekeeper is able to push-to-talk back to guest services using Motorola Solutions' WAVE Radio to PC integration that the room is ready.

Convention Center
A large business conference is taking place in the convention center. One of the speakers is running late so the event manager uses her two-way radio enabled with the Motorola Solutions WAVE OnCloud application to communicate with the shuttle driver who is also using the WAVE OnCloud application, on his Smartphone. The event manager then announces a brief intermission for attendees while the speaker arrives.

A maintenance worker receives a work order from housekeeping that the freight elevator is not functioning properly. He accepts the job ticket, resolves the issue, marks the ticket complete, and provides an update all using his Motorola two-way radio. He is able to stay focused on the road as Motorola Solutions' text-to-speech feature reads aloud the instructions from guest services on where he can meet the family at the airport to reunite them with their missing luggage.

SECURITY
Hotel security is instantly alerted that a high-profile speaker is en route to the hotel conference center. Using Motorola Solutions' Ally, the guards are able to instantly access this software for incident management and dispatch. Guards can log all details of the speaker's arrival and make this information accessible to the entire security team. Management receives detailed reporting on incident trends on property for decision making about security protocols.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest services receives notification that the high-profile speaker, who is running late to the conference taking place at the hotel's convention center, has successfully arrived. Using the Motorola Solutions WAVE OnCloud application, guest services is able to notify the event coordinators that the speaker's room is ready for him and that they have taken care of his check-in. The speaker is able to access his room as soon he finishes his keynote.

An unexpected storm takes place over night and all roads are closed the following morning.
